Jess transcript

The environment, that’s all based around their interests and really beautiful to see them progress and move on and build that confidence and resilience and make those friendships.

They’re the really special moments.

I’m studying my early childhood diploma at the moment, whilst working here at Tugulawa.

There’s always help from the directors and the teachers, and that support network is always there.

It’s the best move I ever made.

You could come in and there’s just love straight away, so many hugs and yeah, there’s no way you can be sad working here, ever.

It’s like a family, once you’re in there.

If you have a passion for education and young children, then early childhood is the career for you.
