Early Years Centres for children and families

Early Years Centres offer families with young children access to a range of services to support their child’s early development.

In the one location, you can access a range of early childhood education, health, family and parenting services.

The centres are staffed by experienced early childhood educators, family support workers and child health nurses who can help you with any questions or concerns you have about your child or your role as a parent.

These services are available to all expecting families, and families with children up to eight years of age. The services offered at each centre may vary to meet each community’s needs.

For centre locations and more information visit the QGov website.

You can also access similar support from:

  • child and family hubs
  • children and family centres
  • Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander services.
