You have the ability to do anything

Aunty Maud is an Australian South Sea Islander Elder who has done a lot of work in the Mackay community to support children and families.

With a long history in education, Aunty Maud knows how important it is to get that early childhood learning.

She said children today have the ability to do anything they want to, and with the right support at an early age, they can.

‘There’s so many more opportunities for the young kids today,’ she said.

‘It’s so important that they get that early learning.’
